Is my child's photo used to train AI models?
No. We only send your photo to our AI providers to generate your child's illustrations. Under OpenAI's and Google's published API terms, none of it is used to train their models, and we never sell or share it with anyone else.
What if I don't have a great photo?
A clear, front-on photo in good light works best, but our system is built to work from an ordinary phone snapshot — not a professional shoot. And if you'd rather not upload one at all, you can describe your child instead and skip photos entirely.
Can I upload more than one photo?
Yes — up to five per character. Different angles (front-on, side profile, mid-laugh) all help us get proportions and features right, especially for a character you'll want appearing in several styles.
Will it actually look like my child, or just a similar-looking cartoon?
The goal is a genuine likeness, not a similar-looking stand-in — that's the entire point of studying your photo rather than picking from preset templates. Every story starts with a free preview (the cover and first page) so you can judge the likeness before deciding to keep it.
